James Dean

James Byron Dean (February 8, 1931 – September 30, 1955) is a cultural icon, best embodied by the title of his most celebrated film, Rebel Without a Cause (1955), in which he starred as a troubled Los Angeles teenager, Jim Stark. The other two roles that defined his stardom were as loner Cal Trask in East of Eden (1955), and as the surly farmer, Jett Rink, in Giant (1956). Dean's enduring fame and popularity rests on performances in only these three films, all leading roles. His premature death in a car crash cemented his legendary status.

I first learned about this famous nude photo of James Dean when it was referenced in the movie "Come Back To The Five And Dime Jimmy Dead, Jimmy Dean."  I have yet to discover a high resolution of this infamous nude photo of James Dean.  If you are aware of a copy, please email it to me to post on line.  The photo has been frequenctly discussed in the past decades, but to my knowledge it has never been authenticated.

  1. Beautiful pics, beautiful man. What a terrible loss for for the world and acting. Another example of Elizabeth Taylor being a good fag hag

  3. Did James Dean have a affair with Sal Mineo, his co-star in "Rebel Without A Cause"?
